Melanie Anderson

Melanie Anderson graduated Summa Cum Laude from Pace University in NYC with a BFA in Musical Theater in 2007. Since then, she has worked in almost every area of the business, including acting, directing, casting, producing, choreography, costumes, lighting design and teaching. Her passion for performing started at a very young age and she enjoys the creative process within every facet of the business. She spent six years teaching high school theater arts classes in South Jersey before becoming a resident teaching artist for local performing arts studios. Her students were recently highlighted in the Emmy Award winning documentary "I Can't...I Have Rehearsal," and have been recognized by Bucks County Playhouse, Papermill Playhouse's Rising Star Awards and The South Jersey Theater Festival for achievements in high school musical theater. 

Melanie offers private acting lessons for the stage and camera as well as musical theater audition technique. She is also available for college audition coaching for those students interested in applying to the most prestigious musical theater schools in the country.

In 2017 Melanie began recording for the role of Marie Antoinette in a new musical!

The cast album is now available on Spotify and the production team is currently working on a filmed reading to be released summer 2021.
